Compensation & Benefits Survey Provides Valuable Business Intelligence

Jonathan K. Sweat

Last year’s “Benchmarking Your Business” survey provided PMPs with a wealth of peer insights on a wide range of business issues — everything from vehicle and insurance costs to profitability levels and add-on service income — all designed to help PMPs manage their cash flow and business expenses more efficiently.

BASF Professional & Specialty Solutions was proud to help underwrite the cost of the survey and executive summary, the highlights of which were published in the January issue of PCT magazine and presented at NPMA Legislative Day.

We’re once again pleased to partner with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and PCT magazine on a comprehensive “Compensation & Benefits” survey and editorial supplement, a companion to the highly-acclaimed business profile survey we supported last year.

Employee compensation and benefits account for the largest portion of a PMP’s overhead expenses, so we wanted to conduct a “deep dive” into this important business segment, providing pest control operators with valuable insights about everything from wages and incentive plans to benefit packages and health care offerings.

The result is this special report titled, “Show Me the Money,” an exclusive compensation and benefits survey from NPMA and PCT, sponsored by BASF Professional & Specialty Solutions.

We would like to thank all of those randomly-selected pest management professionals who took the time to respond to the survey. We’re confident you’ll find the results beneficial to your business, laying the groundwork for a productive and successful 2016!
